Attorney Tabitha R. Elligan was born and raised on the southside of Atlanta, Georgia to Pastor Darrell and First Lady Tánya Elligan. She is proud graduate of Hampton University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2011. She returned to the city that raised her, Atlanta, GA and received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2014 where she was a Wayne Cardon Scholar.

While she currently practices insurance defense and civil litigation, she has experience is criminal law (both prosecution and defense, personal injury law, and real estate law. Attorney Elligan has been recognized by several great organizations, but she prides herself most in helping others.
